IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site and the content for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use of the Site or content is strictly prohibited without our express prior written consent.

At FactoruM Community we provide a venue for people to interact and engage with others as well as events and services. These services include our venues tables, terrain and space. These can be provided through memberships or through day rate payments. The venue reserves the right to decline any access of any persons.

All memberships provided are on a person by person basis and are non-transferable. Another person may not use your membership. The venue is available for use during its opening hours unless with prior consent from a director.

Events may be provided by FactoruM Community CIC or by third parties, in the case of third parties please be aware of their terms and conditions.

6. Purchases and Payment

We are committed to providing you with a variety of payment options for your convenience. Accordingly, we accept the following payment methods:

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • PayPal

 

When making a purchase on our Site, it is essential that you provide current, accurate, and complete purchase and account information. This includes the obligation to promptly update your account and payment details, such as email address, preferred payment method, and credit card expiration date, to ensure we can process your transactions efficiently and maintain communication as needed. Sales tax will be added to your purchases if applicable, according to our policies. Be aware that we reserve the right to modify prices at any moment without prior notification. All transactions will be processed in Pound Sterling (GBP). Please be aware that choosing a payment method or currency conversion may be subject to additional fees by your card issuer or payment service provider that are not within our control.

By completing a purchase, you agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of your order, in addition to any applicable shipping fees. You grant us the authorization to charge your chosen payment provider for these amounts upon placing your order. Should any pricing errors or discrepancies occur, we reserve the right to correct these, even if payment has already been requested or received.

We also hold the right to decline any order submitted through the Site. In our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per individual, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, orders that utilise identical payment methods, and/or orders that are billed or shipped to the same address. We specifically reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, according to our judgment, seem to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

7. Refund Policy

Memberships may be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours of purchase, although you have a right to cancel at any time.

Event tickets may be cancelled at any time but are only able to be refunded if cancelled more than 7 working days before the event in question.

The Site is provided for specific, approved uses only, and you are prohibited from using it for any purposes beyond those expressly permitted by us, especially commercial activities not explicitly sanctioned by us.

As a Site user, you are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
